Party in the Park – 2nd June 2018

Flamingo Land announced that there will be 4 of their ‘Party in the Park’ evening concerts this Summer, between June and September, with the first being this Saturday 2nd June. The headline act for Flamingo Land Resort’s opening concert is ASTON MERRYGOLD, who was in JLS after they were discovered on the X Factor. In 2013, Aston became a judge on the British dance talent show Got to Dance. He has released recent singles ‘Get Stupid’ and ‘Precious’. Aston also participated in the autumn 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing. The concert will include a full supporting bill from 6pm, starting with a children’s Farewell Show and the Spice Pirates Acrobatic Troup. There will then be entertainment from the singer and acoustic guitarist Brook Miller and then X Factor’s Beth Brookes. This will be followed by Unify, an up and coming mixed pop band. There will then be a Justin Timberlake tribute act called JT Experience. Henry Gallagher from Britain’s Got Talent 2015 and who has played at Flamingo Land before will then take to the stage, followed by Jeff Dingle from American Idol 2004 who will be performing as Bruno Mars live band. Party In The Park – Saturday 2nd June 2018

Flamingo Land has just announced that there will be 4 of their Party in the Park evening concerts this Summer, between June and September. They have now released details of their first one for 2018, planned for Saturday 2nd June. The headline act for Flamingo Land Resort’s opening concert is ASTON MERRYGOLD, who was in JLS after they were discovered on the X Factor.  In 2013, Aston became a judge on the British dance talent show Got to Dance.  He has released recent singles ‘Get Stupid’ and ‘Precious’.  Aston also participated in the autumn 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing.   “Party in the Park has been hugely successful over the last 4 years, and the concert with Aston is a great way to spend an evening over the Spring Bank school holidays.  Guests can buy a theme park ticket for the day which then gives them free access to the concert” said Sarah Mills, Director of Marketing at Flamingo Land Resort. “Alternatively they can arrive at 5pm for an hour in the theme park followed by the concert for just £10 each.”  There is a wide variety of food and drink outlets around the outdoor Riverside One stage, so that guests can make it a social occasion.
